How to reach support for account reactivation issues?

Trying to get support is miserable! I have a "Your Shopify Payments account is on hold" error on our account which we use annually for 2weeks. The Support Center just keeps looping through the same cycle - pick my store, ask a question, answer is that I received an email last year telling me what to do. Well, I had my emails restored and I didn't. How do I get someone to help me reactivate this store which is supposed to launch next week???

The best and most effective way to contact support is to log in from the link here. By logging in here it verifies your store and saves time when connected to an advisor. 


Once you've logged in, put something in the search bar and click the search button. Then scroll to the bottom of the page to continue the process and select your method of contacting support.
