How to remove discount code pop up

hello, I need to fix my discount code pop up on my site, but i can not figure out which app I used to install it. I think it was Privy but cannot remember. Would you be able to help please? Thanks

You might have got one email from prasobh@theleadermedia.com . please send your shopify store's URL to that email id
