Hello, I am setting up a store and still have something to do. I want to know where to send an email request to extend my free trial. I still need some time.
You will have to contact Shopify support here. That is probably your best/only option to reach them unless they come across this post. No direct email, phone, etc anymore that I am aware of.

Great question! @biznazz101 is correct that you need to access our support team through our Help Center. Just open the AI chat window and type "contact support" to get started.
We are currently offering a pricing promotion for all new merchants where you are provided a 3 day free trial and then it is $1 USD a month for the first 3 months. This low cost plan pricing is to help new merchants, like yourself, to have the time to learn with minimal financial commitment.
What areas of your online store are you still working on? I'd be happy to get you some resources or to help with any general questions you might have.
