How to stop domain redirection from old to new website?

Hi, we have changed our domain from "https://jeepshoppro.myshopify.com" to "https://www.poly4x4online.com.au" 

When we paste https://jeepshoppro.myshopify.com it redirects to https://www.poly4x4online.com.au 

We want this to stop redirecting. Is this possible ?

Ignore the person posting here suggesting that you email them. This is a community forum so is reasonable to expect that you get a response here. 

If you want to stop the domain redirecting to the primary one you can change the settings so that it's an alias.

Thanks, already did this, but if you use the old URL, still takes you to active URL.

Not possible. When you set up a professional domain, your .myshopify.com domain will always redirect to it. There is no way to change this behavior.

yeah, this is what I am seeing too, no settings to change. Looks like building a new store then.
