To Disable Google reCaptcha:
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store> Preferences.
But this is for merchants using the Shopify Plus plan only for checkout, but possible for all plans for contact forms.

Hi, I tried the method you suggested
but newsletter set up still asks for the google captcha and i end up loosing customer signups because of that
please let me know what can be done
it is disables as of now but is still appears on www.rababrugs.com
I did a test sign up for your Newsletter (you can delete the contact email in your admin if you want) and it seemed to go through ok without any captcha appearing.
Where exactly is it showing up for you now?
