Is anyone else facing update problems with Shopify?

Hi there, is anyone out there having problems since Shopify updated?  We are continually logged out whilst inputting products, products are not saving properly, inventory is completely off which is causing no end of problems on our online store.  We are so frustrated.....

I understand that you have been experiencing some issues with your account. Regarding the login issue, we did receive a few reports of this, but it has since been resolved. As for the issue with products not saving, we have not received any other reports about this, so it could be a local issue. I recommend trying to access your account through a different network, device, and browser to see if the problem persists.

 

Regarding the inventory issue, it could be technically related, and we would like to investigate it further. To gather more information, we may need to access your account. However, please note that we are unable to provide account-specific support through the Community Forums. Nevertheless, we would be more than happy to assist you through our Help Center. To access our live support, you can ask the Virtual Shopify Assistant to "contact support." It will guide you on the next steps to connect with a team member who can provide further assistance.

@Mac it has 10000% NOT BEEN RESOLVED.  There is another chain on here where people are still experiencing it.  Your chat support is absolutely worthless and keeps saying it is 'normal' behavior.   I've been using Shopify for years, and haven't changed anything about how I'm using it, there is nothing normal about this behavior.  

 

You have in fact received reports of people's things not saving, I and others I know have open tickets about it.  Shopify sends you to this stupid login window IN THE MIDDLE OF YOU ACTIVELY WORKING, errors, and then loses everything you were working on.  I've had this happen several times over the past two weeks when this problem started happening suddenly.

 

As others have mentioned, it is happening across multiple devices, browsers and locations. Clearing the cache does nothing to help.

@Mac this was just now. In the middle of actively editing products - I never left the page or computer.  It gives me this 'leave page' (when I didn't try to leave), then goes to the login screen and loses everything I was working on.  Your chat team was absolutely worthless and told me this is 'normal'. How is this at all normal? In years of using Shopify this was never an issue until these past two weeks.

@TechnoProbs you are not alone. I've lost so many hours of my life over the past couple weeks to this, and so have others. Shopify support seems to not want to do anything about it.
