Is Ella 6.4.2 the most recent version for website development?

my developer build site using 6.4.2, I am not sure if this is the newest version and from authentic source. site seems to be very slow. theme speed meter is 50. I notice, it takes a while to load when open from mobile or desktop.

The Ella theme is not a theme from the Shopify theme store, so it's not from any official Shopify sources and I wouldn't be able to say if this is the most up to date version of that theme. I typically recommend using a theme from the Shopify theme store since they need to meet Shopify's theme requirements to be included there. That being said, you can still use the Ella theme if you prefer to.
