Why isn't UPI payment reflecting orders on the Shopify dashboard?

In our store when someone doing payment through UPI then payment is coming but the order he/she placing is not showing in our dashboard .

Thanks for your message, I would be happy to point you in the right direction for this. This issue would not be something our friendly community members would be able to help you out with as we will need to access your account to take a closer look. I would recommend reaching out to us directly so one of our support advisors can take a look. You can do this by logging into your store through the Help Center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results. Once you reach a live support member they will be able to access your accounts and take a closer look into this with you.
