Malfunctioning

Shopify has been taking money out of my account for a store I don't have . I have sent emails and this is a never ending story. How can I talk to a human to get this taken care of. I don't have money for Shopify to take and I asked over a year ago to have this issue resolved. Shopify has been taking money for over a year I have all the transactions on my bank statements. I need this taking care of. My next step is to involve a lawyer, this is out of control.
