My store becomes unavaliable~!!

Hi,

I Just paid the monthly plan and bought a domian from shopify. And I was going to build the store. Then it shows the store become unavaliable. What's going on?

Can anyone help get my store activate?Thanks!

I am having the same problem, I have had my store 1 1/2 years. I went to shop today and it said store unavailable. There is no customer support via telephone and the help center is not helpful. I hope someone has an answer.
