Overdelay on Facebook Shop Approval

Well as the title says, I am having trouble with my facebook shop approval, I am in the process now for over 1 and half week, already tried updating products descriptions and titltes, with no response. I will like to know why is this and how to fix it as soon as possible since its crucial for my client's business and since I am paying for a service that supposedly makes this facebook shop process easier. I don't want the typical 48 hours answer I want a real solution please. Thanks

I think the problem here relies that facebook thinks my store is located in my my non existing Shopify online store sales channel, since I am only using buy buttons in my website, but I don't really know if this is the case.

I have also been waiting a week after disconnecting and reconnecting my facebook page. I would be grateful for some help please

Would you mind taking a look at the following areas to ensure that your Facebook account is set up correctly? 

 

Check to make sure your Facebook page is set to the Shopping Template. 

 

  • Go to the Facebook page you are an administrator for
  • Click 'Settings'
  • Click 'Templates and Tabs' - If this section says anything but 'Shopping,' click 'Edit
  • Click 'View Details' on Shopping and 'Apply Template'

Enable the Shop Tab.

 

  • Click Settings at the top-right corner of your Facebook Page.
  • Then click Templates and Tabs from the menu on the left.
  • Click the Add a Tab button and click Add Tab next to the Shop option

Ensure your page is published. 

 

  • Click Settings at the top of your Page
  • From General, click Page Visibility
  • Click the setting to "Page published."
  • Click Save Changes

Ensure that there are no Country Restrictions or Age Restrictions.

Thanks so much! 

I've changed the template and tab to Shopping. Do I have to do anything else to initiate connecting shopify to FB again or will it recognize the change to my FB page automatically?

Thank you for checking! We'll want to give it about 24 hours from the time you made the change to see whether this will resolve the issue. If 24 hours pass, and you're still unable to see your products on your Facebook page then let me know.

I have tried the things that were suggested but my facebook settings are
already correct. What should I do now as my page has been in review for
weeks now?
