Hello I need a refund issued for my account I didn’t use the subscription after the free trial and I guess forgot to have it cancelled or it didn’t process for Llama Jo Handmades. Please advise me on how to get one issued

Sorry to hear about the troubles, we certainly should be able to assist you with this. If you would like a refund on the charge you have received, we will need to take a closer look at the store. Since we cannot securely authenticate you over our community forums, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This should allow you to speak with a Shopify Support Advisor that can look further into this for us.
