Removing tags from view all tags list

Hi guys. Is there a way to delete or remove old tags from the big "view all tags" list ?

seems I've got tags remaining on my site despite not having any products under them

I have the same problem here.  I removed tags from products, but they are still showing on the filters.  Please let me know if you can clear my site cache as well.

Strange! The email was sent to the same email you use on your forums account. It may have ended up in your junk/spam, or there is a chance it didn't successfully arrive into your mailbox. Nevertheless, I'm happy to hear that it's been resolved!

I am having the same issue, I have removed all tags from my products but they are still offering the option to sort using those removed tags!

Hey @Trevor - same problem with my account. Removed all tags from all products, all the tags are still in my tags list and I'd like them cleared so I can set up new ones.

i am too having the same issue with caching and tags showing on my website even though im not using them. 

Are you able to flush my store caching as well?

I am also facing the same issue.

I have performed the steps that you have posted previously, but unfortunately the tags seem to be still on the cache.

Could you send me one of those emails as well. Our site isn't live yet, but any tag we have ever put in appears in the drop down list no matter what is attached to each product.
