I don't have the password words to get into my old account. I spoke to a shopify customer service representative 7 months ago and I was told the accounts are closed and nothing will be billed. I have been getting bills for over a year now.
How do I get this issue resolved

I appreciate the context and screenshot that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! In order for us to look into the charge further, you will need to reach out to our live support. Since we cannot gather sensitive information over the Community forums, it would be best to navigate to our Contact Us page and select I don't have an account.
Once that is selected - you will be directed to our Help Center. Select the topic that you would like to get assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the charges.
