Seeking help to turn off Blog results in Shopify Search

Hi,
I operate an online jewellery store on Shopify and our team writes quite a few blogs every week for SEO. 
Whenever we search for a product, the blog pages also come in the search results. I dont wish to do that. 

Is there anyway I can turn off blog results in search and only show products?

If you are using shopify's search you can filter out results by object type in search.liquid

I have no experience in coding and I dont want to break the website.

yes I have also the similar issue in the start of myblog and then someone give me the right path from shopify I will suggest you to go there for more detailed guidance about it because i suggested that solution to many friends and they are satisfied now.

Click on Online Store > Themes from your Shopify admin. Then, click Actions > Edit code on the theme you wish to modify. get it now.
