Shipping to Canada

How do I get my website capable of taking Canadian orders? I have a customer interested but it says I don't ship there. I added Canada to the time zone and picked a carrier for the US. I registered with Canada Post and did what I needed to do for the Postmen app. Please let me know what needs to be done now? Plan update or idk? I really need help I've been trying to figure this out for 2 days.

Hello @Teas3,
 Have you created a new shipping zone for Canada?

Does this zone include a “zip code” where the customer is located?

Have you checked if the Canada Post carrier service is available to ship in that locality?
