How does Sendle shipping work and can it pick up parcels?

Hi, I am using Sendle for shipping. I have tried contacting them however no reply yet. I was wondering if anyone knows how using Sendle for shipping works? How do you organise with Sendle to pick up your parcels from your location eg. date and time also? Is there a drop off location for Sendle in Melbourne Australia? 

Also, if you put the weight of each product under the product weight section - will it add up shipping costs according to Sendles shipping costs?  

I hope someone can help answer these questions! Thanks
