Shopify/Comcast Failure

Im about to shoot myself ... my customers are calling by the minute unable to get into my site. Shopify says it's all ok on one call and on the next they admit there is a recent issue.

This has been going on since last Sunday. I have lost thousands and shopify seems not to be able to understand the problem much less fix it.

Anyone have any suggestions I am hurting financially because of this mess

Same with me. Site was down a few days ago but was quickly resolved, my sites been down for a few hours now. I get the impression that it's Comcast and TMobile blocking Shopify.

This is preposterous. Half of US broadband users are on Comcast. Not sure who ticked off who, but as a public company, this doesn't bode well for either Shopify nor Comcast.
