Hey, @john031. Thanks for providing those screenshots! It really helps to know where to begin troubleshooting this with you.
From the information provided, there appears to be an issue with your domain DNS settings. Therefore, please login to your domain host account and ensure your DNS settings are pointing to Shopify. As a reminder of what your A Record and CNAME should be, please review the Help Doc Connect your third party domain to Shopify manually.
That being said, each domain host has individual requirements, and so I also recommend contacting your domain host directly to have them double check that all settings are correct on their end. Once you’ve confirmed this, please return back to your Shopify admin, and click on Retry connection in ‘Online Store > Domains’.
