Store became inactive after adding credit card info

I was getting ready I launch my store and it suddenly went inactive and I can’t see any reason why. I see a lot of people have issues with this, is it part of the process of launching a store? I would like to be able to launch soon as I put a lot of work into creating it, please contact me as soon as possible.

I would recommend you to open the ticket with Shopify! I've seen this issue happen in the past, they should resolve it rather quickly.

Click on "help center"

Scroll all the way down, and click on "Contact Shopify support"

Follow the steps on the page.

I placed my ticket on July 3rd....no one returned my call. Good luck on same issue.
