Store paused, forgot to fulfill an order

Hi everyone,

there is anyway with a paused to store, to access and put the tracking number to fulfill an order without paying for the plan?

Hope you're doing well today!

Can you clarify, is your store currently on our Pause and build ($9 USD/month) or Full pause ($0 for three months) plan? 

If the first, you can login to your account at any time to access any outstanding orders. Otherwise, you will need to select a paid plan in order to access your admin. That said, once you re-select the paused plan, your account will be credited for that subscription charge, which will be put towards a future bill whenever you reactivate your store. If you do have any questions or concerns about your account or billing, you are welcome to contact our support team via our Help Center here at any time.
