Hey, Mahendra!
Aria here, I'm on the Social Care team at Shopify.
Thank you for providing the ticket number. I have now fixed your domain, your site is working again. Although your A record was set up correctly, your CNAME/subdomain was missing (www). You can find out more about how to manage your domains in this guide.
While I was fixing your domain, I noticed it is not set to automatically renew. This means you will need to make sure you log in and manually renew your domain if you want to keep it after the first year. If you would like to set it up to Auto-renew, go to Online Store > Domains > Manage > Auto-renew then tick the box.
Let me know if you need anything else. How are you getting on with your store setup?

Hello there, I am having the same problem. My store is kimshapewear.com (goddady domain) and kimshapewear.myshopify.com.
I have tried other stores that I was testing and the response is the same. My network connection is ok.
What should I do?
Shopify is currently having some issues with admin page and some with the website itself. You can check the status page here:
I am now as of yesterday having the same problem. It keeps saying my HTML is invalid as well. nayzia.myshopify.com
Hey, @Lmidder!
Aria here.
I just took a look at your store and it seems to be functioning normally:
Do you have a screenshot to show the error at your end? Which browser are you using? What happens if you use a different browser?

hello, i am having same issue with mellonyofficialstore.com
Hey, @melvin2!
I checked out the domain mellonyofficialstore.com and it hasn't been registered with a domain provider, it is still available for purchase. If this is a typing error and you have actually purchased a different domain, please let me know.
If you'd like to purchase this domain directly from Shopify, you can do that by going to Online Store > Domains in your admin. You also have the option of purchasing it from a third-party domain provider, such as GoDaddy.
You can find more information on domains in this guide.
Please let me know if you are still having difficulty.

I'm not able to access my shopify website. It it saying the site can't be fixed. Can you please help me with my domain?
Hey @betterwithtwo !
Your website is currently working, it's just password protected because you haven't finished building it yet.
When you're ready to launch, you can remove the password protection by going to Online Store > Preferences.
If you'd like to watch someone else build a store first to give you a better idea of how to build your own, check out our free webinar. We also have free courses on Shopify Academy.
Make sure you request feedback before you go live. You can do that by starting a new post on this board.
Let me know how you get on, I'd love to help further.
