I'm finding it impossible to contact Shopify Support, when I click the 'Contact Support' button, I just get directed back to the Contact Support homepage.
I'm trying to bulk upload products. I first downloaded my products, edited them, and now want to re-upload, keeping the format the same but I got an email saying 322 uploaded successfully, 920 failed.
Can anyone help me to understand what I've done incorrectly,
Can you please compare product that fails to update in admin and csv?
or can you share csv file and site link?
I only have it as a CSV, not a link. I can't see where to upload an attachment in this chat area. Sorry if I'm being a bit dim.

I have had no help from Shopify! I've been telling them 922 products have failed, and I need help urgently as I have website full of of incorrect data, but it's impossible to get through, the CONTACT US button, just redirects in a loop. It's infuriating. I finally got a reply to an email, then I've heard nothing for four days.
I don't know what to do! We are getting quite desperate.
I don't see where I can upload my CSV file.
