Why am I getting a 500 error when clicking on orders in admin?

When I try to click on an order I get a 500 error

There’s a problem loading this page

There’s a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn’t work, visit our status page for updates and try again later.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this - the chat hold time is 5 min but the alerts page says everything is working.

Here is what technical support says: "

I checked this issue with our technical team and I would like to inform you that this is a global issue and our team has confirmed that they are working on it and it wil be fixed soon"

 

so we just have to wait but they are on it!

Yes, and the support chat seems to be broken as well, can't get to a person

True shopify is hiding the erros and they say because these erros are not happening to large number of merchants we dont show them in status .

Orders are also lagging behind , my system goes idle for minimum 6 to 9 hours and then the orders starts flowing like anything.Its sad teh shopify system is failing now recently many errors and the chat support just says we aplogise thats all .

ok - thank you for helping you guys - it is good to know others have this issue - I am on the support ticket and they are looking into it. hoping for fix soon.

They keep saying that status is okay but actually when we contact them they give us a reason that not large number of merchants are suffering so this wont be highlighted.Today teh chat system is not working at for shopify
