I haven’t made any sales in the two months I’ve been in business. This is my only source of income and im getting nervous. Can any one tell me if im doing something wrong?

Hi @Openstyles
Could you please share a link to your store for us to review?
Also, what are you currently doing to drive traffic and increase customer retention? Are you running ad campaigns? Do you use social media? Creating reels or tiktok content?
What is your current traffic and what does your add to cart rate look like?
Feel free to share some screenshots from your analytics dashboard from the past 2 months (if you are comfortable doing so) and some of your current marketing strategies. I would be happy to provide some potential next steps for you to help you secure some sales.

Thank you for the link to your store! I'll be happy to provide some feedback for you. Please know that this is only my personal opinion, but I hope it helps.
I had a look and I can see that you carry a large range of products. Are these items that you source and sell yourself, or do you use a dropshipper or supplier for any of them? For a new online store you may find that narrowing down the catalogue of products you carry, or focusing on more popular categories, will help you with your conversion. I also tried finding out on your store where the products are from, and if they are new or used.
Your store should have more information about your business as well as your shipping policies, shipping rates and how to handle returns.
On the refund page you do have your email address, but it is not hyperlinked and there is no additional contact us form on the site. You can easily convert any of your pages to include a contact form by changing the page template in your admin.
Your website would also benefit from a more streamlined shopping experience. Call to action prompts to shop featured items, more info on the benefits of the products, and why you sell them will help with that. I recommend having a look through this list of businesses to help inspire your website design: Steal Ideas From These 26 Beautiful Website Designs (2022).
I did see that you have your Instagram account connected to your online store, do you have product tagging setup for that? If not, I recommend installing the Facebook sales channel in your store admin and setting that up. Combine that with some of these social media strategies to help boost engagement: 20 Social Media Engagement Posts to Grow Your Online Sales (2022).
I hope this information helps!
