Why am I receiving daily emails from ecommerce specialists?

Just opened a shop a week or two ago and I'm getting at least 3-4 emails a day from "shopify specialists" who want to offer me "tailored solutions" to help me increase my sales. Meanwhile I only have 3 test products in my entire site...

Is Shopify selling my email as part of a list or what?

Did you check sending email address? Shopify will not send those emails
