Why am I still being charged for an inactive online store?

I have received 2 emails the last 2 months that I’ve been charged for the month. I can’t log into shopify to cancel any subscription I might have. I’ve tried with 2 emails of mine but it says shop is inactive. Please help. Thanks.

You'll need to get in touch with our support team via the Shopify Help Center with this query, as they will have access to your account and can confirm what has happened here.
