Why am I unable to meet Shopify collabs requirements despite following all steps?

I have submitted to work with shopify collabs, and i meet all the requirements and have done all the steps but it still says i don’t meet the requirements. i know for a face that i do. support says it’s a system error but that’s as far as i get, in order to get answers. can someone help me?

Just to confirm, are you referring to Shopify Collabs Discover? If so, I recommend double checking that you meet these requirements:

 

  • You need to have a completed Shopify Collabs profile.
  • You need to have a minimum of 1000 followers on a single social media platform. For example, you need 1000 followers on Instagram, not 500 followers on Instagram, and 500 followers on X (formerly Twitter).
  • You need to be located in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.

 

If you do meet these requirements but are still being denied, I recommend contacting our Collabs support team. You can do so from within your creator dashboard in Collabs by clicking on your name and selecting Contact Support in the top right corner, as shown here:

Thanks for reaching out. Were you able to try the steps I shared in my last response to contact our support team? If you tried that and you weren't able to get through, I recommend opening an incognito window, signing into your Collabs account, and then trying this link again.

Same for me, also the link just takes you to the help centre, no email address, 

 

I meet all the requirments, but I cant seem to set up an account, a brand has asked me to work with them 😞

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up an account. Can you tell me more about the issue you're facing? Are you not able to create an account at all, or is there an issue when you try to apply for Discover? I'm happy to assist you further!
