Why are my store sales not reflecting in my finances account?

I've recently opened a Shopify store to sell Astrophotography products and have had some sales but nothing has shown up in my "Finances" account.

When I was originally testing the system out I placed a few mock orders and then cancelled them.

I keep getting notices that my Shopify payouts are suspended until I refund the orders.

The orders were placed by me, from my account and should have been automatically refunded to me.

What can I do?
