Why are product variants not showing up in my custom theme checkout?

hello, i currently have a custom theme for my shopify store. i am currently experiencing an issue with some of my products. for example some products do not even show the different variants such as colors or flavors. another issue i am experiencing is that even if my products show different variants they do not show up in the checkout.

if any developers can help me out with coding i would really appreciate it!

Hello Keshan! I have a custom theme created though a developer that I am no longer in touch with. I am currently experiencing this with all of my products. Some of them show the variants but don’t change and some just don’t even show the variants. For example I have a glass piece that comes in different colors but none of the variants show up

I was able to spot the variant issue with the given website, Need to do a few code modifications to fix the issue, Couldn't check it without registering myself there.
