Why can't I access my account with 2FA turned on?

I am trying to access my account but for some reason, 2FA was turned on and it doesn't recognise any of my devices as the authenticator. My email is saucerorshopify@gmail.com Please support team help me because I've been unwillingly charged for 3 months of Shopify due to not being able to login to my account and cancel

Thanks for posting to the Forums!

If you aren't receiving your 2FA codes, simply input one of the 12 emergency recovery codes that were downloaded when you enabled 2FA. This will allow you back into your account.

If you didn't download the emergency codes, you will need to reach out to our live support team for assistance via the Help Center. You will see a chat bot but rest assured you will be able to bypass this when you explain to the bot that you can't login.
