Why can't I access my online store after paying for a subscription?

Hi there,

I’m really at a loss for words for your customer service, especially when it concerns money you have helped yourself to from our accounts!

i was charged $348 for a yearly subscription after trial, however, my store seems to be non-existent. Just disappeared.

The last time i accessed it was October or November and I was on the chat with live support to enquire about the $348 bill, and now i can’t even find the store like it never existed! How do you take my money and delete my account?

Please give me back my store- it was called Belle Boons’, or kindly give me my hard-earned $348 back.

It’s disheartening for a big company like yours, that I thought I could my trust into and work with to improve my life, to “thieve” from a poor person.

 

Please assist.
