Hi, I can't connect my Zoho email to Shopify account. I followed every step carefully. Everything is verified at zoho. What could be the prbolem?

  2. DNS Settings: Check your DNS settings in your Shopify Admin account. You need to add a CNAME record for your domain. Zoho Mail Help

I contacted Zoho support and they said that everything should be good to
receive and send emails, but I'm unable to get it through the Shopify
contact page, whhere could be the problem? see the screenshots attached.

Thank you for contacting Zoho mail support



Upon checking we see you have deleted the domain from your account.You can
follow the below steps to add your domain to the account.



Login to https://mailadmin.zoho.eu using super admin credentials>go to
"domains">click on "add" add the domain name and follow the steps given on
screen to verify the domain and then you can create domain based email
accounts.

Hi, I contacted Zoho and they are saying everything is working correctly from their side. Where could be the problem? Messages from the Shopify contact page are not coming in. Also forward option is not sending anything to any other email
