Why can't I log into my new ecommerce account?

I was going through setting my account up with an email address. I logged in and bought a domain, but for some reason, when I went to submit the payment, it was showing the below message. I believe that the issue is that there are two stores attached to one email address, but I won't let me log into the new store that I made. As for log in issues, we always recommend you do the following to try to resolve it: 


  • Use this link to ensure you are using the correct login credentials when entering your store. 
  • Try to clear cache and cookies of your browser.
  • Try to go into private mode or incognito mode or try a different browser to see if those make a difference.
  • If all else fails, please reach out to our live support team as they can open up the back end of your account and investigate further as to why we are getting such an error. Feel free to use this link to reach one of our live agents for assistance.
