Hello!
I have a problem with my store's checkout... When I try to go to the checkout page, an error appears as you can see in the photo below.
I hope you can help me resolve this problem.

Would you be able to send me your store URL so I may take a look on my end?
A few things you can do in the meantime would be to clear your browser of cache and cookies. I also suggest trying in incognito mode to see if that solves anything. Lastly, try accessing your checkout page while disconnected from Wifi. Perhaps there is a firewall or limitation set by your internet provider that's blocking our secure checkout page.
If nothing is resolved following these troubleshooting steps, please let me know and we'll go from there.

I forgot to mention that my store still has a password...
I'm just getting ready to leave it public and start selling...
This is a problem?
In relation to what you told me to try, nothing worked..
Your store being password protected will not affect the checkout functionalities. However, if you are still in payment test mode then you would experience this issue. Did you happen to process a test order with Shopify Payment?

I don't have test mode active, and yes, I recently tried to checkout with test mode active and I couldn't either...
I see. In this case, I encourage you to reach out to our authenticated support so they may access your store details. I am unable to look into those details through the Community forum. Simply engage with the Virtual Chat Assistant on the right hand side of the screen and ask to speak with an advisor until it brings you to the support page. Select "Chat" to speak with an advisor directly.
