As suggested by Nick, QuickBooks error H202 is a networking error in the QuickBooks desktop. It usually happens when you are using QB in a multi-user environment. This error suggests that the QuickBooks is not able to communicate with the server and other computers in the network are not able to access the company file. Other errors related to this error are H101, H202, H303, and QuickBooks error H505. The root cause of all of these errors is the same.
