Why has my account been closed and how can I resolve it?

Hello support team
My account has been closed
I already sent the products
There are only two solutions
Either you open my account or refund
I will talk to them to return my products

 

I have received this message

As mentioned in the email you have quoted, it seems your store has been closed as it was deemed to be in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. Does they give payouts and earning for products that are shipped and delivered?

This is not something I can confirm for you. If your store has been closed, you should have received an email notifying you of this and what the next steps were for you in terms of your payouts. I just receive a single email regarding the closure of my account and
without any further information they are not even replying to my text.

I am now having the same problem a year later with no resolution! My store went viral and was doing very well until Shopify started holding part of my money. I have filled all the orders that I can with my own profits, but now shipping is delayed due to Shopify holding my payouts. This cost charge backs and now my Balance account has been closed with no warning and they are holding the money that was currently in the account! Please assist

Yesterday I received an e-mail and saw that my page was closed, they are keeping my 1000 USD balance money, hundreds of photos, hundreds of blogs, hundreds of page descriptions, hundreds of gtin numbers, hundreds of recipe numbers, hundreds of customer records, hundreds of tags, tags, SEO work went to waste, I never thought it would happen like this. It didn't come, I wish I had installed Worldpress in the beginning, and they don't have any valid reasons, is there anyone who thinks of filing a lawsuit against them, or is there a lawyer who can deal with these matters? What kind of injustice is this?
