Why is my checkout section not accepting real orders or payments?

in my checkout section pop up shows'' This store can't accept real orders or real payments.'' and i don't know what to do.. anyone here can help me

im not in test mode i already disabled test mode...but its still not taking orders...HELP

Since you're encountering the message "This store can't accept real orders or real payments." while attempting to process an order, there's a great chance your store is in the Development plan. Development stores are used by Shopify Experts to build stores for their clients. Whenever a store is in development, real orders cannot be processed, only test orders can. You'll know your store is in development when this is stated as the plan in the Settings > Plan area of your admin.

If your store is in the Development plan, you'll need to contact the Shopify Expert who built your store and have them transfer the ownership to you so you can select a subscription plan and start selling. Feel free to pass along this guide so they can refer to it if needed.
