Why is my daily payout still pending after a month?

hi I have my payout set to every business day and it has been almost a month  and I still haven't received my money in my account

Hello sir my order was placed on 12th november now it's been almost 20 days but still my payout is pending pls someone clear me how long my order will get full its status is still pending If I have to give any documents then also confirm me
