Why is my main menu showing as a footer menu on my website?

I am encountering a strange problem, my main menu appears in the page builder but does not appear on the site itself, what appears on the site itself is the footer menu. In the navigation, the main menu appears as usual, as does the page builder, but it does not appear on the site itself. I would appreciate it if someone could help me.
