Why is my new online store showing as inactive?

Hi,

I just made my Shopify Store 2 days ago and now when I finally decided to purchase a plan (Basic plan) then while entering my card details on billing the page got stuck and I then I refreshed the page after waiting for so long then the page says: There’s a problem loading this page You don’t have permission to view this page. Try reloading this page or going back to the Stores List page. and when I navigated back to my store list page then my store's  status was Inactive for reference I am uploading the Screen Shots below please kindly guide what's needed to be done everything for going fine so far then suddenly this happened.

Based on your explanation, it sounds like the store suddenly became inactive right after adding your payment details, is that correct? I tried navigating to the store URL as shown in your screenshots, and it does indeed say 'This store is unavailable'  for me also.

 

Generally when something like this happens, it means that there's something that needs attention. Can you confirm if you have received any emails from us containing more information about this? It's possible that one of our teams may have already contacted you, so I would recommend checking your email inbox, including any spam or junk folders you might have.

 

If you cannot find any correspondence from our team, and you are still unable to get access to your store, then I would recommend reaching out to our support team directly using this link so that we can take a look as to what might be happening. Here on our Community Forums, we can't access any of your information so support for account specific things like this will be limited.

No, I haven't received any email containing a single information about deactivation of my store and neither any of your team member contacted me for such issue instead I myself contacted your chat support for this. Please kindly solve my issue.

This can sometimes take a little bit of time, as it needs to be passed over to one of our specialized teams here. The team handling this will need time to process the information and then reach back out to you via email with an update. I realize that having to wait at all is not ideal, and you would prefer to get access to your store immediately - I am sure I would be feeling the same way in your position.

I’m facing the same issue. I received the email with a form, which I submitted, and I've been using chat support daily. However, all I’ve been told is that they’ll get back to me as soon as possible. It’s been a week now, and I still haven’t received any response or solution.
