Why is my online store currently unavailable?

I definitely understand your concern. In this situation you will want to check your account owner's email address for any communications from our team about your store. If you do not see any emails in your inbox or junk folder please reach out to our live support for assistance.

Because I am not able to authenticate merchant accounts through our community forums I am not able to review the store details or find out what may have happened.
