Have you tried logging in using a different device to replicate the issue? Another option is using a different browser, or clearing your cache and cookies to see if you're able to regain access.

Yes it's happened two days mam so please give me solution to solve the issue

I'm not sure what may be causing the issue from the backend as I do not have visibility through community forums.
The next best course of action is to connect with our support team through the Shopify Help Center. Once you've accessed the Help Center, please type your question to the Help Center Assistant to be connected with a Support Advisor.
