My experience with shopify since the day I signed up has been extremely horrific.

 

I have documented every single issue and the response from shopify support and looking to take legal action against this as my business has been greatly effected and has caused major stress and now causing emotional harm. DO NOT USE SHOPIFY! there are plenty of other platforms to use that charge less and have proper customer service!

 

This is one of MANY problems I've had.  These issues are very simple yet shopify have not been able to assist me in the slightest.

 

My payouts have suddenly changed. My payouts are usually transferred within 3-5 days, consistently from the day I signed up to shopify.

Now I have to wait 9 days to receive payouts and it is for too long to wait.

 

I have tried reaching out over 8 times to shopify about this and they all say the same thing;

"Our payout teams aren't available"

"We will send you an email once it has been escalated"

"It will be fine just give it time"

As well as a lot of false information given to me which I have screenshots and documents of.

 

I have inquired 8 times since the first of January about this. I have had no assistance in getting this issue resolved. I have spent a maximum of 5 hours in total speaking with shopify operators over the phone and have been in contact through the online chat for the last 4 days and no one can help me.

 

I will posting on the forums every day and spreading untill I get assistance . 

 

I NEED MY PAYOUTS TO BE RESOLVED

Seems like you’re a little over the top. Emotional harm. Seriously. Since there are many other platforms to use that charge less and have better customer service, maybe you should go use one.
