Hey @minthuhan

If you are experiencing difficulties with Shopify accepting your postal code for Cambodia, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:

  1. Contact Shopify Support: Reach out to Shopify's customer support team and explain the problem you're facing with the postal code. They should be able to assist you in troubleshooting the issue or provide alternative solutions.

  2. Check Validity: Ensure that the postal code you're entering is correct and matches the format used in Cambodia. Verify the postal code by checking with local postal authorities or searching for valid postal codes in Cambodia.

  3. Try an Alternative Approach: If you're unable to proceed with purchasing the domain directly through Shopify, consider purchasing the domain from a third-party domain registrar such as Domain.com, GoDaddy, or Namecheap. Once you have purchased the domain, you can connect it to your Shopify website by following the instructions provided by Shopify.

  4. Country-Specific Domain Extensions: Another option is to consider using a country-specific domain extension for Cambodia, such as ".kh". These domain extensions are specifically designated for certain countries and may provide a more straightforward registration process. Check with domain registrars to see if they offer ".kh" domain extensions.

  5. Seek Local Assistance: If all else fails, you may want to consult with local web development or digital marketing agencies in Cambodia. They can provide guidance on domain registration and offer assistance in setting up your website.

Remember to reach out to Shopify's support team first, as they have the most knowledge and expertise regarding their platform. They will likely be able to provide you with specific guidance or offer alternative solutions to help you resolve the issue with the postal code.

If I managed to help you then, don't forget to Like it and Mark it as Solution!
