Our Mastercard debit card is not being accepted for billing by Shopify. Our bank says that Mastercard won't work with Shopify because of the high number of fraud transactions. They told us to contact Shopify to find out if there is another way to pay them - with a checking account and routing number for example. I can't seem to find a phone number or way to reach a live agent. I've gone through the help topics and AI chats with no luck. How can I connect with someone to discuss options for paying our monthly subscription?

My personal VISA works fine, but we want to use our business account which is Mastercard. How do we setup billing with PayPal?

If you're based in Canada, Australia or the United States then you can use PayPal to pay your Shopify bills when your billing is set to USD.
To activate PayPal as a billing payment method, you'll first need to Set up PayPal on your store following this guide. Once you've integrated PayPal on your store, from your Shopify admin select Settings > Billing. In the Billing section under Payment Methods, click Add payment method. You should then see the option to Add a PayPal account and the button Pay with PayPal.
