I cancelled my subscription and I was billed the annual fee. I am Requesting  money to be returned. Please and thank you!

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry you were billed your annual fee after closing your store. 

 

To request a refund, you will need to contact our Support Team. They will be able to accessing your site and deactivate your site.
