I attached a screenshot that I have setup shipping profile and set collection based shipping charges but here is showing error and I have used Warehouse theme.
If any one can help me to fix this issue then please suggest how to do.
I also want to know Is it possible to setup maximum shipping price like product A shipping price $20, product B shipping price $40 and product C shipping price is $60 then in this situation shipping price is $120 but I want to take only $100.

Would need to see more detail on the individual rate setups in the profiles to be able to tell you exactly why it won't allow the shipping rates at checkout.

What is the weight of the product you have in the cart in your screenshot?
I have setup product weight 1kg for now.
Hi Having the same issue with our cart, really worrying coming up to Xmas,
issue only happens when adding or removing an item from basket and going below or above the free shipping total basket cost..
in our case we set free shipping for orders over £30. and standard shipping of £2.99 for orders below £30..
no issue with customers that do not amend their cart at any time,
issue only presents it self when passing the threshold for the free shipping(£30) or when removing an item and lowering the total basket cost below £30
can some one please help, noticed we have £1000's of abbandoned checkouts
noticed many having the same issue but it hasnt been resolved yet
i could possibly resolve by removing the free shipment so that it doesnt clash..
are there any bug fixes for this issue ?
so this happens everytime someone amends their cart and postage fees change, went on shopify help chat and it was resolved in mins
while we cannot get rid of the message we can change it to anything we want
in theme / theme editor / actions / edit languages / search for " Checkout shipping errors " and change annoying message to something that wont alarm your customers

Yes we can change that error massage but shopify can't let me checkout. Whenever I press checkout button I land to shipping page with that error and I can't even understand this. I don't have any complicated shipping policy . I just offer free worldwide shipping still facing this same issue.

Still nothing.. We have been fighting with Shopify support for months now.. Its amazing how many Shops are effected by this, and Shopify refuses to fix. I don't understand it.
