Shopify experts did not speed up site

So I had a company work on site speed through Shopify experts and they made it slower how could I know it was worse than before 

how can I get help

Hire another person?

First I recommend you try to learn as much as you can about your chosen tool for measuring your site's speed and all the metrics and as much as you can about the process, that way you understand what can be improved and what can't, and what a developer will need to do to improve your site's speed.

If you share your site's url, then I'm sure the experts here will be happy to let you know what improvements are still left to be made.
