Hi Everyone,

We have been live for a couple of months now but conversion rates are slightly below the average for our industry. Is there anything obvious that anyone would recommend we do to increase the conversion rates? Thanks in advance! 

Unfortunately the .com domain is taken so we cannot obtain that one.

@Finnandbee hello there hope you're fine. do some changes and enjoy the sales. add review app in your store on your products so new buyers trust easily your store looks awesome there is no need to change anything. from what i am understanding after looking at your store you are lacking in marketing. if you marketing your store your sell will grow. make sure make a sold strategy I have not seen your marketing strategy that's why unable to say anything. .com domain is not necessary if your main target to target uk. incase you need my help related to marketing and grow your sell contact me on thank finnadbee.

Thanks for the feedback, some helpful points, i will look into adding a review app on products, this is a really good idea, we use instagram and facebook for our marketing along with Aweber. We have good traffic to the site at the moment so are happy with that, just the conversions. Hopefully the review app will help!

- Add exit-intent popup. Track when someone is about to leave your website and show the visitor exit-intent popup with attractive offers and coupon code to complete the purchase.

- Add reviews on the product page.


Overall, your store looks great. All you need to do is make your store engaging and interactive. Engage your visitors coming to your site. This will help you in customer retention. If your store is engaging then it will help you to reduce the Customer Churn Rate i.e a percentage of customers who stop purchasing from your brand. It will reduce the bounce rate and will boost your sales.
